This hotel feels like a cozy family, run pension with a modern and tasteful design. the spacious family room includes a great bathroom, useful wardrobes, and a nice balcony. the hotel team is dedicated and friendly, making you feel at home. the 3/4 board option is perfect for ski, family guests, with a satisfying breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks, and delicious Italian, style dinners. the hotel also offers a garage and a spacious ski room with ski boot dryers and separate lockers. Children are well taken care of with professional animators. the post, ski swimming pool sessions are relaxing and enjoyable.
The spa and baby club operating hours do not align well, limiting parents' ability to use the spa in the afternoon after skiing to relax. the spa closes at 8pm, which doesn't allow for enough time to use it during the evening opening hours of the baby club.

The room was quite spacious and the staff was friendly. the hotel's shuttle bus service is convenient when it runs on schedule, and the food was decent, with some dishes standing out. the ski storage room was well equipped, and the pool was nice after a long day on the mountain.
The hotel is quite far from town, so if you don't have a car, you'll have to rely on the hotel shuttle bus service or hire a taxi. the shuttle service often runs late or is improperly scheduled.

We recently went on a romantic ski trip and stayed at a charming hotel in the Italian Alps. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage, perfect for packing for a winter sports vacation. The food was delicious, with lots of choices and kept us fueled for skiing. The spa and pool were a perfect way to unwind after hitting the slopes all day. An added bonus was the shuttle that took us to the lift, saving us time and energy.
The location was a bit isolated, which made it difficult to explore the surrounding area. some of the staff members were not as friendly or helpful as we would have liked.
